Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through the application are considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from the app.

No Refund Policy

All payments made through the application are final and non-refundable.

Once a booking has been successfully placed and payment has been processed, no refund, either full or partial, will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind.
• Accidental booking.
• Failure to attend the appointment.
• Late arrival.
• Dissatisfaction due to personal preference after service completion.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments only if the service provider permits such changes through the application. Cancellation or rescheduling, if allowed, does not entitle the customer to any refund.

Service Provider Cancellation

If a service provider cancels an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, the company may, at its sole discretion:

• Reschedule the appointment; or
• Provide booking credit for future use.

Refunds, if any, shall only be provided where required under applicable law.

Failed Transactions

If payment has been deducted but the booking was not confirmed due to a technical issue, the amount will either be automatically reversed by the payment gateway/bank or the booking will be confirmed after verification.
