Welcome to SkkinAura. By accessing, browsing, or using our mobile application and platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance

Using the application constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms and all incorporated policies including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Services Scope

SkkinAura provides a mobile marketplace connecting users with independent certified beauty specialists, hairstylists, makeup artists, and spa professionals for on-demand bookings and home treatments.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age or use the application under parental or legal guardian supervision.

4. Account Responsibility

Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all actions taking place under their account.

5. Booking and Payment

• All appointments are subject to real-time provider availability.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise and subject to updates.
• Full payment must be completed before booking confirmation unless Cash-on-Delivery is offered.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or deceptive account and address information.
• Abuse, harass, threaten, or misbehave toward service professionals.
• Misuse the application or attempt unauthorized system access.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, fake bookings, or chargeback abuse.

7. Service Quality

The platform facilitates bookings between customers and certified service providers. While SkkinAura maintains strict partner verification standards, individual treatment outcomes may vary based on client specifications and preferences.

8. Cancellation and Refund

Refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, code, visuals, designs, and materials are the exclusive property of SkkinAura Services Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkkinAura Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

11. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Malda, West Bengal.
